Logic Games - for In Print 2

There are four sets of cards for playing logic games in this pack.
Many children find it hard to relate question words to the information connected with them! By asking - or responding to - a set of fixed questions (which can be used in any order), familiarity will grow. The information relates to the essentials required for introducing a story, and each card can be the starting point for relating a tale, which can be very simple or more developed. Practicing these narrative skills has been shown to improve expressive language in general.

Spot the difference:
Take two cards from one set and 'spot the difference(s)' and tell them this game requires 'good looking' and precise language. You can't say "he got that" - you have to explain who and what you are talking about! |
Making the pack:
All the necessary components are printed as one book. Print the book as single sided sheets. Ideally it should be printed onto thick paper or card. When printed, the pack has two sets of the cards, one for each player. You can distinguish the cards by the color of the frames. |

Sheet 2 is for preliminary work.
Cut page 2 along the dotted line to make two cards. One for discussion and one to help the questioner.

The final page is for follow up work.
It can be used as a prompt to help telling a little story about the card. |
