Software Upgrades
We offer upgrade options for our Boardmaker Software Family of Products, Add-ons, Addendum Libraries and Picture Sentence Key. To upgrade these products please follow the directions below.
Include the following in your order:
- Your current software. (You may keep your binders and manuals)
- Payment by check, credit card, or purchase order.
- Organization name if applicable, street address (PO Box is not acceptable); contact name with a telephone number, and email address.
- Your Upgrade Order Form (PDF).
Using a padded or cardboard envelope, send your order and software to:

Ship via UPS, FedEx or any courier that will provide you with proof of delivery. If you use U.S. Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation.

*Upgrade orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within one week of receipt. For your convenience during this time, there is a 30-day trial version of Boardmaker, Boardmaker Plus!, or Boardmaker with Speaking Dynamically Pro v.6 (Windows only) available for download.
Damaged or Lost Software
v.6 Boardmaker Software Family products can be replaced if the CD is damaged or lost.
If it is Damaged
Please send your CD, Replacement Form - Damaged CD (PDF) and form of payment (Check, Money Order, Credit Card, Purchase Order) to:

If current CD is lost and requires replacement, please follow the instructions listed below.
- Provide proof of purchase for the lost product to be replaced.
- Software Registration Number
- Original P.O.#
- Original Order Number
- Copy of other vendors Purchase Order
- Include Payment for the Lost CD

Your use of Mayer-Johnson branded hardware and software products is based on the software license and other terms and conditions in effect for the product at the time of purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable agreement at the time that you obtain or install the software or setup the hardware product.
