Except as noted below, all of our products and services are backed with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product you receive from us, you may return it in a salable condition within 30 days from the time of purchase for a prompt refund of the purchase price. Salable items are those for which there is no alteration from the product's original condition. If you purchase a service such as training, you may request a refund before the service is delivered and within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days, no refund will be provided. This return policy does not apply to any products listed in the Sale Bin.
In order to make your return a success, please call 1 (800) 588-4548 or email Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to track your return. The RMA number allows us to match the returned item with the individual returning it. We will refund you the purchase price, less any shipping charges once the item has been received.

To help us expedite this request, please provide us with your customer number, order number, or invoice number. You must return any products to us in packaging that is adequate to protect the products from damage.
Please note that your purchase of all products from Mayer-Johnson is subject to Mayer-Johnson's Terms and Conditions of Sale as the same may be in effect from time to time. This policy is intended to restate the pertinent Sections of Mayer-Johnson's Terms and Conditions of Sale. However, in case of any conflict between this policy and Mayer-Johnson's Terms and Conditions of Sale, the latter will control.
