Purchase Orders

If your school, school district, hospital, business or organization uses purchase orders, you can send us a purchase order online, by fax, email or mail. Once a valid purchase order is received our Customer Support Team will process. Please see purchase order requirements below and note a credit application may be required.

Option 1: To pay for your order with an online Purchase Order:

1. Choose the items you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Cart.
2. Sign In or Register (create an account).
3. At Checkout, enter Billing and Shipping information.
4. Select a Shipping Method.
5. Select Purchase Order as your Payment method.
6. Enter your Purchase Order Number in the appropriate field(s) and confirm that you have reviewed the terms and conditions*
7. Press Continue to process your order.
8. Please DO NOT forward your PO to our office. Entering your PO# online is all we require to process your order.

*Your order will remain on-hold until it has been authenticated and processed by our Customer Support Team.

Option 2: Mail, Fax, or Email your Purchase Order to us:

1. Fax a copy of the purchase order 1-866-585-6260 or 412-945-5909.
2. Email your purchase order to Customer Support.
3. Mail the original purchase order to us at:

Please note: If your order is not placed during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST), it will be processed during the next business day. Please contact our customer support team at 1 (800) 588-4548 or by email at MJQ@dynavoxtech.com if you have questions about your purchase order. To avoid duplication, if you fax, email, or place the order on the web site, please do not send us the original.
