Crashes a lot. Hard to work with. When it works it's good.
I've been using this product for over a year to help my students (special education) read regular books. This product is a good product when it works. On average it takes me about a week to do what I should be able to do in a few hours due to the crashing. Further, sometimes when you open a document, the pictures will overlap the text so that the text becomes invisible. I cannot find any update to update the firmware and despite having saved crash reports, I cannot find anyplace to submit them. I also have Board Maker and am impressed; however, this product leaves me wanting. When it works it is a good program and it is easier than using MS Word (r) to insert the pictures into the text. It is not worth the $150 price point at which they sell it. Perhaps 1/3 of that would be appropriate due to the lack of support, issues mentioned above, and the updates.
